Ok let's see - we have an image hosted on a profile that is 1 day old and asks you to visit a website with a strange url with a promise of a financial reward on an another website. How do you even imagine that would work? And now, of course, people start crying that their computers got infected with malware. Which is great - every genius who fell for this obvious phishing scam deserved it. I hope your shitty computer burns and you along with it.

Opinions are a Dangerous thing: Art StylesThis isn't about narking on anyone no, infact this is just my own muses really! You could say this is a journal for ENCOURAGEMENT! *SHINES*
I find sticking to one style restrictive if you are a beginning/moderate artist! (even professionals I might say! though I can't speak for everyone)
Having a distinctive look on how your art is done and produced is understandable and its a desire to appear unique to the point some one can just SEE your work and instantly think 'Oh! that's Ten-days!' or something along the line. However, when you are trying to find who you are and what kind of art you are to produce, I recommend trying, well, a lot of different things! Different styles, mixing styles, different colouring techinque, brushes, tools, shading. Don't feel dependant on what you are already doing and don't feel pressured by people just for trying new things!
Push out of your comfort zone. Can't draw hands? don't avoid it! draw the heck out of them! (how else are you going to learn?)

Eurovision nightGot myself some ice cream and will be making myself compfy on the sofa so I'm ready for the big, glittery, horrible music, camp, pointless politics, drama that is eurovision. It never disappoints me.

Nintendo STEALS Money!Since this has been going around lately, I should probably give my two cents. Basically what it amounts to is that Nintendo has filed Content ID info of their games with YouTube. What this means is that if you upload gameplay video of a Nintendo game, YouTube will automatically monetize that video, put ads on it, a link to where to buy the game, and take the money generated from that video and give it directly to Nintendo. People who do "let's play" videos are, naturally, pissed off because they want to be earning money off their videos, so they're calling Nintendo "thieves" for doing this.
I can see both sides to the story. I can see Nintendo as a corporation wanting to exercise control over their properties. On the other hand, "let's play" videos can often help new gamers find games they otherwise wouldn't have tried.
But here's the thing: Nintendo isn't the first company do this. Both Microsoft and Ubisoft do it already. YouTube has also had a long history of having music videos and

Silly Design Decisions

One of the things that got me most annoyed about GNOME was the fact that they grouped up items in their theme to share with other elements. KDE have done something similar with the Plasma theme, what looks like hard coding tasks to the same state in the add widgets ,which pretty much breaks my Gaia design look due to it being a dark panel and white widget backgrounds. KDE have done the same for krunner as well, hard coding it to be themed by the top panel. WTF KDE, WHY? krunner has it's own SVG, now it's useless.

It really annoys the hell out of me, it was fine before. One possible reason is that Air looks the same, especially with the theme being the same colour across all widgets but it's just lazy, when developers know full well that we theme makers need as much flexibility as possible. Seems to me that KDE have got lazy and made a retarded design decision, sorry lads but you did.

And no, I'm not going to storm into freenode #KDE IRC chat and tell them what I think, been there done that and have the bruise on my head from the brick wall I smashed it on, though GNOME's brick wall is much, much thicker.

I think KDE would be much better without Plasma.
It's not bad but too many inconsistencies.
All in all much better than GNOME3.

Yeah, Plasma has great flexibility though in how you can remove widgets and put them where you want but it's too buggy in how they implemented it.

I liked Gnome until they became prescriptive. Now I am looking for a decent desktop environment that uses GTK, that isn't Unity or Gnome. What happened to the idea of freedom in Linux?

It seems no one takes themes into consideration when creating a DE. As long as it runs they really do not care how the OS looks. I think someone who knows how to code and theme needs to create there own DE for Linux with themers in mind. Well it would be nice but a unlikely scenario.
