Tango-Empathy Status Iconsby *half-left

Customization / Icons / OS Icons / *NIX

This is an icon theme for The chat client Empathy, inspired by the application icon design in the Tango style.

This is best used with the Tango icons but does drop back to the gnome set if they're not found.

Designed in Inkscape using the original Empathy icon.

Instructions:

Install the Tango icon theme(Recommended)
Extract the zip file and in the directory will you find Tango-Empathy.tar.gz. Just drop that file into the Appearance Preferences theme window in GNOME, and it will install.

SVG source is provided and you may do with them as you like in accordance with the GPL 3 licence provided. In other words, please make the svg source files available at all times.

Absolutely superb!

These should be the default icons and should be pushed upstream for the Empathy project.

I don't have any direct powers of persuasion, but I will mention them on the IRC as well as open a wishlist in GNOME bugzilla for their inclusion. Fingers crossed
