Extract the theme to ~/.kde/share/apps/desktoptheme/
Select the theme in System Settings>Workspace Appearance>Desktop Theme>Theme
Load the "Gaia" colour scheme file into System Setting>Application Appearance>Colours>Import Scheme
If the theme doesn't show right for some reason, delete the cache file ~/.kde/cache (machinename)/plasma_theme_Gaia.kcache

Notes
Due to Plasma theme limitations, I have had to use a white panel design. KDE now use same elements for some widgets, which makes the black panel tasks look odd else where.
Update - 1.1 - 3rd July 2012
- Added KDE4 Gaia colour scheme file. - Themed input boxes. - Lighter text in various places. - New frame for widget headers.
I can't find the KDE4 colour scheme. The folder contains a colors file that doesn't apper to be a valid color scheme when imported. It makes all grey. What could be wrong?
