This is the final GNOME Panel theme pack in Five different styles.

Instructions

Right click the panel>Properties>Background>Background Image and locate the svg file you want.

Note

Some GTK themes don't allow the background image to show on the menu applets. This is beyond my control.

when i right click on the task bar to change the theme of it it does nothing. Can help me?

Right click the panel. I assume you're using GNOME 2?

idk i just downloaded the disk image of ubuntu 11.04 but it dosnt matter any more but thanks.

Depends on the GTK theme you're using, since some GTK themes don't allow the background to show on applets.

Yeah, which is buggy. Clearlooks and "Attack of the Clones" GTK themes look fine.
